Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Manage room reservations and check guests in/out.
• Provide information about hotel services and local attractions.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of guest information.
• Arrange transportation and assist with inquiries.
• Process bills, post charges, and collect payments.
• Run reports and maintain front desk and lobby cleanliness.
• Uphold uniform standards and display nametag at all times.
• Perform other duties as needed to meet business needs.
