Job summary

Drury Plaza Hotel - 1780 W. Ranch Road, Phoenix, AZ 85284 is seeking a friendly hotel front desk associate. You will greet guests, check them in and out, promote programs, and maintain accurate guest records with a courteous, efficient approach.

You will handle cash transactions, monitor guest satisfaction, and resolve issues promptly. The role includes assisting with breakfast service and Kickback in the evenings, while upholding Drury's hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• Friendly, highly organized communicators and multitaskers with these qualifications.
• Demonstrated attention to detail while handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with handling money, making change, and using office machines in day-to-day activities.
• Ability to speak and receive direction in English (written and verbal).
• Willingness and ability to work alone as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Perform front desk functions: check-in/check-out, promote programs, maintain guest records and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Handle cash, monitor satisfaction, and resolve problems with a +1 Service attitude.
• Assist with breakfast service and Kickback, including setup, service and cleanup.
• Present a high standard of integrity, service, and hospitality consistent with Drury culture.
