Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to relate well to residents, guests and staff.

• Previous experience in a similar role is desirable.
• Demonstrate ability to work alone and follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Be the public person at the front desk. Greet guests and give entry to vendors or visitors.
• Provide entry and assistance to vendors or visitors.
• Keep visitor and daily logs up to date.
• Answer incoming calls and route messages.
• Provide information regarding applications and unit availability.
• Post and distribute tenant notices.
• Monitor TV security monitors and report suspicious activity; call 911 if needed.
• Enforce after-hours guest policy and register overnight guests.
• Ensure lobby cleanliness and coordinate with janitorial staff for large clean-ups.
• Submit maintenance requests with all relevant information.
• Perform other duties as requested by the Property Manager.
