Zusammenfassung

Hope Solutions is seeking a Desk Clerk to support residents at El Portal Place and related sites. You will welcome residents, manage check-ins/outs, handle inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service.

You will maintain records, coordinate with staff, and help address issues to ensure a safe, welcoming environment. This role requires knowledge of Housing First, bilingual abilities a plus, and a valid California driver’s license.

Qualifikationen

• Knowledge of Housing First philosophy and strategies.
• Experience supporting vulnerable populations, esp. homeless individuals with mental disabilities.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• AA/AS in property/facility management or HS diploma + 3 years of experience.
• Must have vehicle, auto insurance, CA driver's license.
• Pass LiveScan screening and TB test.
• Salary contingent upon skill and experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and database applications.

Aufgaben

• Welcome residents and guests; manage check-ins and check-outs.
• Maintain accurate records; coordinate with staff; address issues promptly.
• Assist in maintaining a welcoming environment for all residents and visitors.
• On-call, after-hours, and backup work as required.
