Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Texas is seeking a friendly Cashier to efficiently ring up merchandise at the POS and assist customers throughout their visit.

You will greet customers, answer questions, process transactions, and promote programs such as CLUB Membership, VOC and In-Store Pick-up while staying knowledgeable about products and current sales. This role requires High School education or equivalent and the ability to stand and move for long periods.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent experience.
• Ability to calculate change and process discounts.
• Ability to operate a computerized POS register.

Responsibilities

• Checkout merchandise at POS and process transactions.
• Greet customers and provide friendly service.
• Provide product recommendations based on customer needs.
