Job summary

Sheraton Galleria Dallas, part of Driftwood Hospitality Management, is seeking a friendly Front Desk Agent to greet guests, register arrivals, and ensure a smooth check‑out. The role requires clear English communication, accuracy in processing payments, and a commitment to first‑class service.

You will work in a fast‑paced hospitality environment, handle guest requests, resolve issues per policy, and maintain a neat lobby.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred, with education/experience meeting the required knowledge and abilities.
• Prior hospitality experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to perform accurate calculator-based calculations.
• Ability to effectively communicate in English, verbally and in writing.
• Ability to input information via a moderately complex computer system.
• Ability to observe safety and emergency procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and register them efficiently.
• Input and retrieve guest information in the computer system.
• Handle payments and settle accounts.
• Answer phones in clear English and relay messages.
• Resolve guest issues following established guidelines.
• Maintain a neat front desk area and assist other staff as needed.
