Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management’s Sheraton Galleria Dallas is seeking a friendly Front Desk Associate to warmly greet guests, check them in/out, and ensure a memorable stay.

You will input guest information, manage room assignments, process payments, and provide local area information while upholding service standards and safety procedures. This role operates in a busy hotel environment with a strong emphasis on team collaboration.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Prior hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to use a calculator and perform basic math.
• Ability to effectively communicate in English, verbally and in writing.
• Ability to input information using a computer system.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and register/check them in and out.
• Input guest information, verify details and assign rooms.
• Process payments and manage cash and house accounts.
• Provide information on local attractions and hotel amenities.
• Respond to guest requests and resolve issues following policy.
