Commonwealth Hotels is seeking a Part-Time Hotel Guest Service Agent/Front Desk Clerk at the Residence Inn Gulfport-Biloxi Airport in Gulfport, MS. You will welcome guests, check them in/out, and handle reservations with a focus on service quality and seamless experiences.

The role involves upselling hotel amenities, coordinating with departments, and providing local information. Prior experience in hospitality or customer-facing roles is preferred, with a high school diploma required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Familiarity with reservation or property management systems (PMS).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Check-in and check-out guest processing.
• Manage room reservations, cancellations and changes.
• Respond to guest inquiries and special requests.
• Process payments and deposits accurately.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance.
• Provide information on hotel services and local attractions.
• Resolve guest concerns and escalate when needed.
• Maintain accurate guest stay records in the PMS.
• Upsell rooms and hotel amenities.
• Follow safety and security procedures.
