You will also assist breakfast and the Kickback service, ensuring a courteous and efficient experience with a +1 Service attitude. We value friendly, organized communicators who can multitask, speak English, and work independently as scheduled.

Qualifications

• Experience with money handling and making change.

Responsibilities

• Serve as front desk face of the hotel, greeting guests with courtesy.
• Check guests in and out, promote hotel programs, and maintain records.
• Cash handling, balance cash drawer, and resolve guest issues.
• Assist with breakfast and Kickback service, including setup and cleanup.
• Promote Drury’s culture and ensure a positive guest experience.
