Drury Plaza Hotel - 2000 Hotel Plaza Boulevard, Lake Buena Vista, FL 32830 is hiring a Guest Service Agent on a part-time basis. You will be the friendly face welcoming guests, handling check-ins/outs, promoting programs, and supporting breakfast and Kickback service in the evening.

• Check guests in and out, promote programs, maintain guest records and handle cash.
• Assist with breakfast service and Kickback in the evening as needed.
• Provide courteous, professional guest service and resolve issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
