Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival and register them into the computer.
• Accept payments and maintain a cash bank with accurate reporting.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
• Manage reservations, check-ins, and check-outs with efficiency and courtesy.
• Assist guests with luggage and local information.
• Ensure proper use of keys and security procedures.
• Coordinate with other departments to maintain service quality.
