Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve guest complaints and compliments professionally and courteously.
• Check guests in and out efficiently, courteously, and professionally.
• Reconcile daily activities and close all necessary accounts.
• Learn the property systems and navigate quickly, including running reports.
• Follow and process proper cash/check/credit card/AR procedures with security.
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and follow up.
• Answer phones and emails in a timely & professional manner.
• Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
