Job summary

BryantCorp is seeking a Front Desk Representative to support the General Manager and Assistant General Manager in delivering exceptional hospitality service. You will greet guests, handle check-in/check-out, and respond to inquiries throughout the stay, maintaining a professional, customer-focused environment.

Strong hotel experience with major brands is required, along with excellent communication skills and cash handling ability.

Qualifications

• Hotel experience with one of the top brands (Hilton, Marriott or Hyatt) is required.
• Previous customer service experience is required; hotel experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and non-verbal.
• Guest service orientation with a professional attitude is required.
• Excellent phone and computer skills; cash handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage registration/check-in with accurate room assignment and rates.
• Assist guests with check-out and ensure services are correctly accounted for.
• Respond to guest requests promptly and follow up for satisfaction.
• Maintain professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
• Complete daily checklists and multi-task effectively.
• Understand and communicate hotel emergency procedures.
