Job summary

Ebenezer Amira Choice Champlin is seeking a receptionist to welcome visitors, residents, and vendors, and to support daily front-desk operations in a senior living community.

The role covers phone management, message delivery, and clerical tasks, with a day schedule and every other Saturday/Sunday rotation. This position contributes to a warm, organized environment and excellent resident service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 1 year related work experience in front-desk/receptionist roles.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors, residents, and vendors and provide courteous assistance.
• Answer phones, take accurate messages and relay to the appropriate person.
• Keep workspace clean and organized to present a positive first impression.
• Respond to medical, fire, maintenance, and security emergencies per policy.
• Provide clerical support: type memos, minutes, letters, or similar documents.
