Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently process hotel reservations, registrations, and settlements.
• Registers guests, handles room changes, reviews balances, collects payment, and settles folios; checks guests out.
• Creates a welcoming, professional guest experience with courteous interactions.
• Maintain confidentiality of guest and non-published department information.
