Responsibilities

• Oversee front desk operations and act as the go-to problem solver for guests and teammates.
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs with warmth and accuracy.
• Support and train new front desk team members and provide coaching to the team.
• Resolve guest issues quickly and professionally, ensuring a positive guest experience.
• Assist with daily tasks such as event sheet distribution, business center support, and lobby upkeep.
