Dave & Buster's in Manchester, CT is seeking a part-time Front Desk Host to greet Guests and guide them through dining, games and retail experiences. You will coordinate game rentals, merchandise sales and phone calls, while delivering a warm, efficient guest experience.

The role requires friendly communication, the ability to read/write English, and a customer-service mindset. Prior restaurant/retail or cashier experience is preferred, with a flexible schedule to support busy periods.

Formación

• Must be friendly with a strong ability to greet Guests.
• Must read and write English and articulate greetings clearly.
• Experience in restaurant, retail or cashier roles preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Greet Guests and guide them through the dining, game rental and retail experiences.
• Coordinate game rentals and merchandise sales; answer the phone as needed.
• Process transactions and reconcile cash; restock supplies and maintain front desk area.
• Manage wait times, seat Guests, and ensure a smooth guest flow.
• Communicate issues to managers and assist teammates to ensure guest satisfaction.
