Job summary

Best Western All Suites Inn Santa Cruz is seeking a Guest Service Concierge/Front Desk Agent to welcome guests and ensure a seamless stay, from arrival to departure.

Responsibilities include check-ins/outs, reservations, payments, and providing local recommendations. Opera PMS knowledge and strong communication are valued as you support a busy hotel team managed by Radiate Hospitality.

Qualifications

• Previous front desk, guest services, reservations, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Experience delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Opera PMS and Night Vision Systems is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with genuine hospitality and provide an exceptional first impression.
• Efficiently manage guest check-ins and check-outs with accuracy and professionalism.
• Process room reservations, guest requests, payment transactions, and account postings.
• Ensure guest information and payment methods are accurately documented and maintained.
• Assist guests with transportation arrangements, directions, and general hotel information.
• Coordinate luggage assistance, local reservations, transportation requests, and special accommodations.
