The Concierge role involves maintaining guest flow, resolving concerns, and collaborating with departments to uphold Puttery’s standard of hospitality. Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in concierge, guest service, or hospitality roles.
• Education: high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with reservation or event management software preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Friendly, professional, and engaging personality.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with personalized recommendations and information about the venue.
• Create a seamless arrival and departure experience for all guests.
• Promote food, beverage, and entertainment options as a brand ambassador.
• Manage reservations, waitlists, and guest inquiries via the reservation system and phone line.
• Maintain awareness of guest activity and proactively offer assistance.
• Communicate clearly and courteously with guests and team members.
• Support other team members and perform additional duties as requested by management.
