Job summary

European Wax Center - Ann Arbor, MI is seeking a Guest Service Associate/Front Desk Associate to warmly welcome guests and manage front-desk operations. This role offers both full-time and part-time opportunities with weekend shifts, providing hands-on experience in a fast-growing service environment.

You will gain exposure to sales-based activities through our training program and have opportunities for career growth within a structured, well-managed workplace.

Qualifications

• A positive, friendly, upbeat personality.
• A professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
• Managing the flow of guests in/out of the location.
• Prior sales experience is an additional asset, but must be open to a sales-based role.
• Full Time & Part Time Availability & ability to work at least one weekend day.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they enter and direct them appropriately.
• Assist guests at the front desk and handle check-in processes.
• Support sales-based activities when applicable.
