Job summary

Ayr Wellness is seeking an Intake team member for our dispensaries. You will greet patients and customers in-person and over the phone, provide friendly service, and support front desk operations to ensure a smooth visit.

Qualifications

• Must pass background checks and adhere to state cannabis policies.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years retail or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers with a positive, warm welcome.
• Process check-in by validating IDs and entering data into POS.
• Handle front desk tasks: phones, emails, updating patient files.
• Provide information about services to new patients/customers.
• Maintain front desk and lobby cleanliness.
• Manage visitor access with store management.
• Coordinate with departments on security needs.
• Ensure restrooms and store areas are clean, safe, and guest-ready.
