Job summary

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers at the front desk in person and over the phone.
• Validate IDs and enter information into POS system.
• Answer phones, emails, check-in patients, and update files.
• Explain services to new patients/customers.
• Learn about cannabis products and stay compliant with regulations.
• Manage visitor access with Store/Assistant Manager.
• Coordinate with departments on security needs.
• Keep front desk and lobby area clean and organized.
• Support during downtime and take on new tasks.
