Concord Hospitality is seeking a Front Desk Associate to deliver exceptional guest service at our hotel. The role requires flexibility across shifts (6:30am-3pm or 2:30pm-11pm) and a proactive, friendly approach to help create a welcoming experience for every guest.

The successful candidate will handle guest interactions, assist with check-in/out, and uphold safety and hospitality standards while representing the Concord brand with integrity and care.

Qualifications

• Flexibility to work all shifts (6:30am-3pm or 2:30pm-11pm).
• Excellent guest service with a proactive, responsive and caring approach.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests courteously and professionally at all times.
• Maintain a high level of service and hospitality.
• Promptly and effectively address guest concerns to ensure satisfaction.
• Post guest charges and follow cash handling procedures.
• Handle guest mail and messages with privacy and respect.
• Be knowledgeable of hotel programs and promotions.
• Communicate guest comments to other departments and management.
• Respond quickly to calls, lobby visitors and front desk inquiries.
• Know hotel safety and emergency procedures.
