A-K Printing, LLC is seeking a Front Desk Customer Service & Graphic Design Specialist to support customers at the front counter while helping keep print and signage production on schedule. This onsite role in Puyallup, WA blends customer service, order coordination, and hands-on graphic design and prepress work.

You will welcome customers, answer inquiries, prepare estimates, enter and organize orders, and create artwork using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the commercial printing and/or sign industry is REQUIRED.
• Intermediate Adobe Illustrator skills are REQUIRED.
• Intermediate Adobe Photoshop skills are REQUIRED.
• Experience preparing print-ready artwork and production files.
• Knowledge of printing processes, paper stocks, signage materials, and finishing options.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to answer phones, assist walk-in customers, and coordinate job scheduling at the same time.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsabilités

• Welcome walk-in customers and provide professional, friendly support.
• Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries.
• Assist customers with printing and signage options, including materials, pricing, and turnaround times.
• Prepare estimates, take orders, and follow up with customers as needed.
• Maintain clear customer communication throughout the ordering process.
• Coordinate with production staff to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time.
• Create, edit, and prepare customer artwork using Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
• Set up print-ready files for digital printing, large-format printing, and signage.
• Identify and correct common artwork issues before production.
