Job summary

Camarillo Fitness is seeking a friendly Sales Associate to greet members, present membership options, and drive sales at our fitness studio. This front-of-house role supports the studio experience and helps members feel welcome from entry to check-out.

You’ll work as part of the Operations team, collaborate with coaches, handle inquiries, tours, and product sales, and maintain accurate records using our sales systems.

Qualifications

• Passion for fitness and helping others achieve goals.
• Strong sales skills, goal-driven environment experience preferred (fitness or retail).
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Comfort with basic computer software (Microsoft Office, email).
• Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact—welcome members and guests with a positive attitude.
• Guide prospects through studio tours and membership options.
• Drive studio growth by achieving sales goals in memberships, renewals, and retail products.
• Maintain accurate records using established sales systems.
• Handle inbound calls, follow-ups, and customer care outreach.
• Support daily studio operations and ensure an exceptional member experience.
• Collaborate with coaches and team members to foster a high-energy environment.
