Catholic Funeral & Cemetery Services is seeking an empathetic front desk professional at Calvary Cemetery in Youngstown, OH to greet families and serve as the face and voice of the cemetery. You will keep the office humming by coordinating calls and duties, allowing team members to be fully present with families, and guiding them through the Order of Christian Funerals.

This role requires office experience, a heart for mission, strong customer service, and the ability to handle interruptions

Qualifikationen

• Experience in an office environment performing administrative duties and handling multiple inbound calls.
• Interest in working in a Catholic environment with a genuine mission.
• Excellent customer service and service-recovery skills.
• Empathy and compassion for people in need.
• Ability to coordinate with internal departments.
• Ability to manage interruptions while keeping work on track.
• Computers, software and technology aptitude.
• Bilingual in Spanish (preferred).
• Valid Driver’s License.
