Job summary

Crestline Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Front Desk Manager to lead the Front Office team, including front desk, bell/door, and concierge where applicable. You will ensure service standards are met, train and motivate staff, and coordinate daily operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent with 2 years of Rooms Division management experience.
• Computer skills required; familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with hotel information systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Front Office staff, including front desk, bell/door, and concierge where applicable.
• Maintain knowledge of front office policies, services, room types, rates, and promotions.
• Prepare departmental forecasts and monitor daily operations to meet service standards.
• Promote positive guest relations and promptly address guest comments and issues.
