The OEM role partners with the Front Desk Manager to greet guests warmly, drive room revenue, and maintain smooth front-office operations.

The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years in hotel ops, strong problem-solving, and a track record of coaching teams to deliver memorable service while managing busy, high-pressure environments.

Qualifications

• 2-year college degree with 3+ years of related experience, or a 4-year degree with at least 1 year of related experience.
• 3–5 years of progressive hotel/related field experience, preferably with supervisory exposure.
• Ability to handle stressful situations with composure and objectivity.
• Certification requirements may include Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and ensure front desk operations run smoothly.
• Lead, coach, and motivate front desk team to maintain high standards and positive vibe.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and calmly to ensure satisfaction.
• Oversee room revenue, occupancy, and overall front-office efficiency.
