Job summary

BODY20 Dr Phillips is growing and we’re seeking a polished, energetic, and reliable team member to support front desk operations and coaching assistance in a hybrid role. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys customer service, fitness, and delivering an exceptional member experience.

You will work closely with Coaches, Sales staff, and Management to ensure every member feels welcomed, supported, and excited to train.

Qualifications

• Greeting members and guests with a warm, professional attitude.
• Assist with bookings, calls, texts, and emails.
• Support new-member onboarding and waivers.
• Assist sales with lead follow-up and membership questions.
• Maintain a clean lobby and studio area.

Responsibilities

• Assist EMS session setup and transitions.
• Guide members through session prep and basic instructions.
• Ensure safety protocols and BODY20 training standards are followed.
• Reset suites and maintain EMS equipment and cleanliness.
