Nalu Federal is seeking a professional Front Desk / Data Entry Specialist to support the U.S. Air Force Military & Family Readiness Center (M&FRC) at Hanscom Air Force Base, Massachusetts.

This in-person role serves as the primary contact for military members, families, retirees, and other customers, providing front desk service, data entry, and scheduling within Air Force and DoD systems. The position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work with

• Minimum one year of customer service experience in a professional environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and assist customers entering the Military & Family Readiness Center.
• Answer incoming telephone calls and determine the nature of inquiries.
• Direct customers to the appropriate staff or program.
• Schedule customers for classes, workshops, and appointments.
• Enter and maintain data in Air Force and DoD systems.
• Send reminder emails for classes and events.
• Maintain organized front desk and reception area.
