Qualifications

• 1+ year of previous office or customer service experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Outlook
• Basic Microsoft Excel skills

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and assist or direct callers as needed
• Greet customers and provide friendly, professional front-desk service
• Create and process customer orders
• Stock and order office supplies
• Provide general administrative and office support
• Help keep the front office organized and daily tasks moving efficiently
