Job summary

Goldfish Swim School is looking for a Front Desk Customer Service Representative in Charlotte, NC to promote quality customer service and manage student registrations. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, two years of customer service experience, and be certified in CPR, First Aid, and AED.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries, managing birthday parties, and maintaining a clean front desk area. A flexible schedule with weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Must pass background examinations included with training.
• CPR, First Aid and AED certification required.

Responsibilities

• Answers telephones and responds to inquiries.
• Processes student registrations using effective sales/customer service techniques.
• Schedules and manages birthday/pool parties.
• Resolves customer concerns/complaints professionally.
• Checks in students on the attendance tracking system.
