Job summary

Goldfish Swim School - St. Charles seeks a Front Desk Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for members and guests. You will handle registrations, sales transactions, and daily front desk operations in a welcoming environment.

This role requires strong customer service skills, basic computer proficiency, and the ability to work with children. It offers exposure to sports and aquatics operations with opportunities for growth and team leadership within the franchise

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answers telephones, responds to inquiries, screens and directs calls.
• Processes student registrations using effective sales/customer service techniques.
• Schedules and manages birthday/pool parties and supervises private party staff.
• Resolves customer concerns/complaints in a professional manner.
• Assists members with purchases of merchandise and vending.
• Greets parents and students as they report to the front desk.
• Checks in students on the attendance tracking system.
• Maintains cleanliness of front desk, Snack Shack, changing areas and restrooms.
• Provides occasional administrative support for management personnel.
