Closet Factory Jacksonville is seeking a friendly Front Desk Receptionist / Customer Experience Coordinator to be the first impression for clients visiting showroom or calling in. This full-time role supports customers from first contact through final installation, ensuring a smooth, organized experience.

You will greet visitors, answer calls, schedule consultations, coordinate designer calendars, and maintain accurate records, all while upholding a welcoming, professional office environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, reception, scheduling, or project coordination preferred but not required.
• Willing to learn new software and systems.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
• Respond to emails and customer inquiries promptly.
• Schedule free in-home design consultations.
• Coordinate appointments and calendars for the design team.
