Job summary

Closet Factory Portland is seeking a friendly Front Desk Receptionist / Customer Experience Coordinator to greet customers, manage calls and emails, and coordinate design appointments. This full-time role supports the design team and production staff to keep projects on track while delivering exceptional service.

Based in Tualatin, OR, the position offers a stable schedule Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with a casual, collaborative workplace.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or reception is preferred but not required.
• Able to greet customers warmly and maintain a welcoming office environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
• Respond to emails and customer inquiries promptly.
• Schedule in-home design consultations and coordinate appointments.
