Floyd's 99 Barbershop is hiring Front Desk Coordinators to join a high-volume, fast-paced team where every guest experience matters. You will greet guests, manage check-ins and the wait list, answer phones, and help maintain a smooth appointment flow.

Ideal candidates bring customer service experience and a friendly, outgoing personality. You will handle payments, assist guests with product recommendations, and keep the lobby clean and welcoming while working with a diverse team.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Greet every guest and create a welcoming first impression
• Manage check-ins, the wait list, and appointment flow
• Answer phones and respond to guest questions
• Process payments and handle cash accurately
• Recommend and sell retail hair care products
• Keep the front lobby clean and organized

WHAT WE OFFER:

• Competitive pay, starting at $13–$15/hr based on experience and availability
