WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Greet every guest and create a welcoming first impression
• Manage check-ins, the wait list, and appointment flow
• Answer phones and respond to guest questions
• Process payments and handle cash accurately
• Recommend and sell retail hair care products
• Keep the front lobby clean and organized
