Job summary

Floyd's 99 Barbershop in Murphy is hiring Front Desk Coordinators to join a fast-paced, high-volume salon team. You will greet guests, manage check-ins, answer phones, handle payments, and help keep the lobby welcoming and organized.

We offer competitive pay starting at 13–15 USD per hour based on experience, plus benefits for full-time teammates, bonus opportunities, and career advancement. Full-time and part-time roles are available, with evening and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Cash handling and payments experience.
• Excellent phone etiquette and call handling.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Greet every guest and create a welcoming first impression
• Manage check-ins, the wait list, and appointment flow
• Answer phones and respond to guest questions
• Process payments and handle cash accurately
• Recommend and sell retail hair care products
• Keep the front lobby clean and organized
