Responsibilities

• Own the front of house — greet every client by name, manage the flow of the floor, and ensure no one feels like they are waiting
• Handle check-ins, check-outs, and payment processing with speed and accuracy
• Manage the appointment calendar and keep scheduling running smoothly across all chairs
• Field phone calls and emails professionally — you represent the brand with every interaction
• Resolve any client concerns on the spot with calm confidence and good judgment
• Keep the lobby, retail display, and front desk area immaculate and well-stocked
• Support the service team so they may focus entirely on delivering great cuts
• Execute opening and closing procedures reliably every shift

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Own the front of house — greet every client by name, manage the flow of the floor, and ensure no one feels like they are waiting

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Genuine warmth and the ability to make anyone feel welcome — this cannot be faked
• Experience in hospitality, customer service, front desk, or client-facing roles (preferred)
• Calm and composed under pressure — busy Saturdays do not rattle you
• Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable with salon or reservation software
• Polished professional appearance and strong verbal communication
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
