Job summary

Boardroom Salon for Men in Oklahoma City, OK is hiring a Licensed Barber or Hair Stylist to join our upscale team. Expect an earnings range of $32–$45 per hour, including base pay, tips, and bonuses, with a guaranteed hourly rate.

You will deliver precision men’s cuts (fades, tapers, classic and modern styles), straight razor shaves, beard detailing, and grooming services while building relationships with our professional member base.

Qualifications

• Valid Oklahoma Barber or Cosmetology license.
• Minimum 1 year of men’s cutting experience.
• Strong fade and taper skills preferred.
• Client-first mindset — read the room, communicate well, make guests feel cared for.
• Professional appearance and demeanor on every shift.

Responsibilities
