Boardroom Salon for Men is hiring a Front Desk Coordinator for the Frisco Three Corners location. You will be the first and last impression, greeting clients by name, managing check-ins and check-outs, and coordinating the calendar to ensure smooth scheduling across all chairs.

The role requires a polished, professional appearance, strong communication, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends. Starting pay is $15/hour with opportunities for commissions and growth within the brand.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or front desk roles (preferred).
• Calm and composed under pressure—busy Saturdays do not rattle you.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable with salon or reservation software.
• Polished professional appearance and strong verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Greet every client by name, manage the flow of the floor, and ensure no one feels like they are waiting.
• Handle check-ins, check-outs, and payment processing with speed and accuracy.
• Manage the appointment calendar and keep scheduling running smoothly across all chairs.
• Field phone calls and emails professionally — you represent the brand with every interaction.
• Resolve any client concerns on the spot with calm confidence and good judgment.
• Keep the lobby, retail display, and front desk area immaculate and well-stocked.
• Support the service team so they may focus entirely on delivering great cuts.
• Execute opening and closing procedures reliably every shift.

We are opening a brand-new Frisco Three Corners Plaza location and are looking for the best in the DFW market to be part of the founding team. Training begins soon out of our Plano Lakeside salon.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
