Job summary

The Recovery Village Cherry Hill at Cooper (RVCH) is seeking a dynamic Receptionist to join our team in Cherry Hill, NJ. The role manages telephone systems, messages, and front-desk tasks to support clients and staff while upholding confidentiality and a professional environment.

Schedule is Mon–Fri 10:00 am–6:30 pm with starting pay $18/hr. Benefits include PTO, 401K match, health/vision/dental, and life insurance. A high school diploma is required; business-related education preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Higher education in a business-related field preferred.
• At least one year in a professional office setting.

Responsibilities

• Greets visitors and clients in a professional manner.
• 300
• Maintains visitor and employee logs and issues badges.
• Maintains and orders office supplies for each department.
• Ensures professionalism on the telephone and in the waiting area.
• Knows staff whereabouts and maintains a filing system.
• Assists with cross-department projects and attends staff meetings.
• Maintains client/family confidentiality and adheres to policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
