The Recovery Village Cherry Hill at Cooper (RVCH) is seeking a dynamic Receptionist to join our team in Cherry Hill, NJ. The role manages telephone systems, messages, and front-desk tasks to support clients and staff while upholding confidentiality and a professional environment.

Schedule is Mon–Fri 10:00 am–6:30 pm with starting pay $18/hr. Benefits include PTO, 401K match, health/vision/dental, and life insurance. A high school diploma is required; business-related education preferred.

Looking for a dynamic Receptionist to join our team!

The Recovery Village Cherry Hill at Cooper (RVCH) continues our organization’s renowned approach to addiction recovery, which combines evidence-based treatment with holistic programming that promotes wellness in body and mind. Our 90-bed, 55,000-square-foot facility offers a full continuum of care, ranging from the initial detox process to the aftercare services provided when treatment ends. Clients also participate in our Weekly Recovery Compass program, which helps to directly identify, monitor and address potential setbacks that can be counterproductive to recovery.

RVCH is located in the heart of Cherry Hill, NJ, near the Delaware River. With convenient interstate access, out-of-state clients can enjoy a 30-minute drive from the nearby Philadelphia International Airport.

The Receptionist is responsible for managing the telephone systems, retrieving messages from voicemail, taking messages for staff and any other task which is assigned

Core Job Duties:

• Greets visitors and clients in a professional manner.
• Maintains the visitor and employee sign-in/sign-out logs. Ensures all visitors and given a "Visitor" badge and ensures visitors return "Visitor" badge
• Maintains and orders office supplies for every department.
• Maintains a professional atmosphere both on the telephone and in the waiting area.
• Knows the whereabouts of staff on a continuous basis.
• Maintains a filing system for various company functions.
• Assists with projects from other departments, as necessary.
• Attends staff meetings, when necessary.
• Maintains confidentiality pertaining to clients and families.
• Adheres to all company policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned

Schedule:

Monday - Friday 10:00 am - 6:30 pm
