Our Sun Valley - Laurel Canyon Blvd and Northridge-Devonshire clinics are looking for someone with exceptional skills and experience to join us as a Patient Services Specialist! In this role, you’ll deliver exceptional service and support, enhancing the lives of our patients in a dynamic and rewarding environment that values teamwork and collaboration. This position is a full‑time role working 40 hours per week. The clinic is open Tuesday to Friday.

What You'll Do

• Greet and welcome patients to the clinic, manage patient check‑in and check‑out and engage with patients in person, by phone, and via email
• Perform pre‑testing to support comprehensive eye care
• Coordinate appointments, prepare prescription printouts, and manage billing and payments
• Manage eyewear pick‑ups and perform minor repairs and adjustments on eyewear
• Deliver exceptional customer service ensuring a positive patient experience
• Support clinic operations by performing additional duties as required

What Do You Bring

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is considered an asset
• Previous retail experience is considered an asset
• Ability to multi‑task and thrive in a fast‑paced environment
• Proficiency with technology and computers, including MS Office Suite
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for connecting with patients and delivering exceptional patient experiences
• A collaborative, adaptable, and proactive team player with a growth mindset, able to manage changing priorities effectively
• A high school diploma or equivalent preferred
