Front Desk Coordinator – Dallas Market Launch

Full Time | Monday–Friday | Day Shift | Multi-Site Support (Frisco, Plano, Flower Mound)

IVX Health is launching in Dallas Forth Worth — and we’re looking for a dynamic Front Desk Coordinator to grow with us from day one!

As IVX Health opens its brand new infusion centers across the Dallas Fort Worth market, we’re looking for a Front Desk Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and is excited to be part of something new. In this unique role, flexibility is key. Initially, you’ll rotate between our Frisco, Plano, and Flower Mound centers as we get the market up and running. Once operations are fully established, you’ll likely transition to one or two primary home centers — but we need someone ready to jump in wherever needed in the early stages.

The ideal candidate brings deep healthcare administrative experience, strong patient scheduling skills, and fluency in medical terminology. You’re confident navigating EMRs, collaborating with clinical teams, capturing insurance information accurately, and communicating with referring provider offices. Most importantly, you have a warm, patient-first mindset and can deliver exceptional service with a calm, professional presence — even on day one.

What You'll Do

  • Act as the go-to non-clinical team member within the infusion center
  • Warmly welcome and assist patients, verify insurance, update demographics, and collect payments
  • Manage appointment scheduling, authorizations, and visit follow-ups
  • Coordinate daily patient flow in partnership with clinical staff
  • Ensure accurate documentation in the EHR and resolve any discrepancies proactively
  • Maintain a polished, organized front office environment that reflects IVX’s brand and standards
  • Reconcile payments, track supply inventory, and follow up on any incomplete tasks or issues
  • Communicate with corporate support teams (billing, supply chain, scheduling) to resolve center needs
  • Support market leaders with administrative tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years of healthcare front desk, patient access, or administrative support experience
  • Strong grasp of medical terminology, insurance verification, and EHR systems
  • Experience working directly with patients and referring provider offices
  • Excellent multitasking, prioritization, and communication skills
  • A proactive mindset — someone who takes initiative and thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational skills
  • Dependability, discretion, and professionalism — especially when it matters most

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Make a Meaningful Impact – Deliver high-quality care that directly improves patients' lives and supports their families.
  • Collaborative and Supportive Team – Work alongside a dedicated, multidisciplinary team in a positive and patient-focused environment.
  • People-First Culture – We treat each other with kindness, and we mean it
  • Competitive Benefits – Medical, dental, vision, HSA/FSA, 401(k) match, paid volunteer time, tuition support, and more
  • Growth Potential – This role is designed to grow — for the right person, it can become a launchpad into a career in healthcare operations leaderhsip.
