This full-time role offers a competitive hourly salary up to $22 based on experience, 40 hours per week, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401K, and paid time off after the introductory period.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• Strong communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn and grow.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsabilités

• Answers the telephone in a timely and professional fashion.
• Maintains efficient operations by handling referrals, equipment, supplies, and posting charges.
• Verifies insurance and communicates details to clinical staff and patients.
• Explains financial obligations for each procedure and records them.
• Ensures accounts are credited when payments are received.
• Follows scheduling guidelines to create a manageable and profitable calendar for the dentist and hygienists.
• Participates in recall program to meet goals.
