The Joint Chiropractic is hiring a Wellness Coordinator/Front Desk Associate for the Fulshear location. This role involves greeting patients, guiding them through care plans, and managing calls, emails and appointments in a busy clinic environment.

Ideal candidates have customer service or sales experience, are upbeat and organized, and may be bilingual in English/Spanish. Open weekend availability is preferred for this part-time position (20-30 hours) with growth opportunities.

Location : Fulshear and, if necessary, cover Aliana clinics

Location: Fulshear

Must live within 10 miles of a location & have reliable transportation

Must be willing to train at Aliana ( Richmond)

Must be willing to cover some shifts at either Aliana clinic.

What you'll do:

• Greet patients with smile
• Guide them through care plans and membership options
• Manage front desk, calls, emails and appointments
• Support our doctors and keep the clinic running smoothly

You are a Great Fit if You:

• Have customer service or sales experience
• Are bubbly, organized, and great at multitasking
• Are bilingual English/Spanish - a big plus
• Have open availability, including weekends

Pay & Perks :

• $14/hr base + bonuses ($15-$18/ hr avg.)
