Job summary

The Joint Chiropractic is seeking a Wellness Coordinator to drive membership sales at our Katy, TX clinics. You will greet members, manage check-in, answer calls, and re‑engage inactive members while promoting wellness offerings.

You will collaborate with a team in a fast-paced clinic and maintain clean, organized spaces. Ideal candidates have at least one year of sales experience, strong customer service, and solid phone/computer skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of previous sales experience.
• Bi-lingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent services to members and patients.
• Greet members and patients upon arrival; check them in to see the Chiropractor.
• Answering phone calls.
• Re-engaging inactive members.
• Staying updated on membership options, packages and promotions.
• Recognizing and supporting team goals and creating positive relationships.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the clinic and organized workspace.

• Confident in presenting and selling memberships and visit packages.
• Keeping management apprised of member concerns and following manager's policies, procedures and direction.
• Willingness to learn and grow.
• Accepting constructive criticism in a positive manner and using it as a learning tool.
• Office management or marketing experience a plus!
• Able to stand and/or sit for long periods of time.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
