Spring Fertility is seeking a Front Desk Coordinator to deliver exceptional patient experiences in a fast-paced fertility clinic in Portland, OR. The role emphasizes professional demeanor, excellent interpersonal skills, and reliability in coordinating schedules and front-desk operations.

The position is full-time onsite with early hours and rotating weekends/holidays. Education requirements include an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree and strong customer service abilities.

• Exceptional customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Makes an excellent first impression for all incoming patients.
• Checks patients in and out for appointments and manages clinic-wide schedule.
• Monitors and facilitates patient compliance and readiness for their initial visit.
• Schedules a wide array of appointments for patients and anesthesia for the surgical center.
• Processes patients’ payments and creates receipt batch for Finance.
• Proactively advocates for patients.
