South Middlesex Opportunity Council (SMOC) seeks a full-time Receptionist for the main desk at a large Child Care/Head Start center in Framingham, MA. You will answer calls, greet guests, buzz them in, and coordinate with school buses on two-way radio while assisting with fee collection and data entry.

You will engage clients, maintain confidentiality, participate in team meetings, and support staff as needed in a busy, community-focused environment.

Competenze

• Good customer service skills with ability to multi-task and stay organized.
• Bilingual (Spanish or Portuguese) a plus.

Mansioni

• Answer and direct phone calls at the Center.
• Greet all guests and buzz them into the Center.
• Coordinate with program school buses on two-way radio.
• Collect fees from program parents and enter into ProCare.
• Maintain confidentiality of client, employee, and agency information.
• Assist with data entry into ChildPlus.
• Keep reception area neat and orderly.
• Attend team meetings and communicate with clients and staff.
